too many slots hosted, shutting down

    Hi,

I sent a ticket in to have my NPL licence IP updated to my windows VPS. I got a reply telling me the IP for the licence had been updated so downloaded the licencekey.dat from my old VPS then shut it down permanently and moved it into the root directory of my windows server teamspeak folder. When I restarted the server I noticed I couldn't connect at all even on localhost.

Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?

    - Please wait 2~ hours before you start the server again.
    - Also make sure that your license isn't used somewhere else.

You must shutdown your old server with query command "instancestop" to make sure , that all slots getting unregistered in our system.

I've wiped the VPS the old server was on now. Bare in mind I did try moving the licence over after stopping the server 5 minutes before. Hopefully I haven't just lost my licence for a newbie mistake :/

    NPL Problems

I recently had to re-install the OS on my server box and once i did that i have been having my TS server shut down right after start up, before having to re-install i was running for month without any problems but now i get this in my logs. have not changed any port settings on my router and i cant get it to stay running unless below 50 slots, before i was running 2 servers one with 400 and the other with 100. anyone getting this problem?

edit: if i go into putty and telnet into the server and start it, it will stay running past 50 but nothing above 100 and it will shut down and sometimes even past 50 it will shutdown

    Other (server) logs?
Did you do anything fancy to the database in between shutdown and reinstall?
