Moving TS3 Folder to other server will it work?

Hi there, I'm moving dedicated box and would like to use the same TS3 setup/config as the one I've got setup.

How can I get the same TeamSpeak 3 server onto the other while being structured/setup the same.

I tried coping/pasting and starting once on the other box, but all it did was create a fresh server.

Is there a 'proper' way of doing it?, if so can you let me know how?.

EDIT: Worked it out... had to shutdown the old service then put on the new one.
