    Force Push to Talk

I run a tiny teamspeak server for me and a couple of my friends.
They don't seem to respect the sanctity of push to talk so I've taken it upon myself to force it.
I've looked at a few threads to no avail. If someone could provide a quick tutorial on how to force either the entire server or just a group to be push to talk (with pictures please) it would be greatly appreciated.
    I've seen this picture
But when I open my permissions, all I see is this

    Thanks again!

Go to SETTINGS - OPTIONS (ALT+P) - APPLICATION - MISC - Advanced permissions system, and than you can set the permission you want (Force Push To Talk).
