No valid license found

Hello,

i did save my NPL in the root of my Teamspeak 3 Server.

I did reinstall my Teamspeak Server, because my Rootserver did crash.
But know, my Teamspeak 3 Server dont fint the NPL.

Its alle the same. The same IP and the same PORT.

My log says:

Hello, I just received the licensekey.dat for my Teamspeak Server and uploaded it into the teamspeak3-server_linux_amd64 directory, then I restarted the server but the server doesn't seem to recognize the license. Could anyone help me?

We got npl licence yestarday and have problem to activate it.
I have copied the licence file to the teamspeak root direktory on linux: "/home/teamspeack/licensekey.dat" and then stopped and started the server. But the TS Client show me "licence: no licence".
What I do wrong?

When you start the server with a license for 512 slots, in the log writes the following: Unable to find valid license key, falling back to limited functionality ??? I understand that my license blocked for non-use, how to restore it now???

If it was a Non-Profit License, I think you have to re-apply for it.

No. The server will complain and shut down. The message you posted is if you don't have a key at all.

What exactly are you talking about? The blacklist (client)? Or the license (server)? Post some information about the issue, full logs, screenshots etc.

Hi, all,
We just received our license key.dat file - as instructed, installed it into the Server install directory and rebooted server... but it does not appear to change anything... the License still shows as "No license" and we still have the orig 32 slots.
Any troubleshooting suggestions are appreciated.

Check and post server logs. Licensekey needs to be named licensekey.dat and be read and writable by the user running the server process.

Also any server by default is created with 32 slots. This needs to be changed manually, either afterwards using the client, or specified when creating the server.

I'm remoting into the server, so it's easier to attach a screenshot of the log file - and one of the licensekey.dat file.

I have had the file resent to me but the 2nd file also did not have the header info and, as shown in the log, the file is not being found.

What next?

Chris, as mentioned, we were sent a 2nd copy of the license key file and it was also missing the header info. So, it seems either that we're being sent a corrupted file or somehow it's getting corrupted on our end. Please let me know the next step in troubleshooting this.
