    Question Problem with PTT

    Hi Community,

    i have a Problem with an user on my TS3-Server.

    He can ignore the servers Setting for forced PTT.
    every User is fored to use PTT.
    but this only one user hat the ability to ignore the PTT setting.

    how can this goin on ?

    and i can't do anything against it.

    It doesnt matter, if i force channel, user or group to use PTT it doesnt work on him.

    does anyone know a solution for me (except banning or talk to him) ?

    thx

    Then, with this user in the channel, try the following:
    Right-click on him --> Permissions --> Permissions overview --> In the filter field indicate force and you'll see how the value for the permission goes till reach the final value in the "All" section.

    Heya SkyRanger,

    Forced PTT is easilly bypassed client side, by using a software to make the PTT defined Key pressed down continuously.

    The best solution is to talk with the user and if he don't ... Mute him (Set a Servergroup to mute) or ban.

    /cheers

    @PotaBlava:
    It really all set to force on him.

    @hnd11:
    Thats not funny.
    It seems to be so on him.
    Is there any way to check, if someone has such a Program and move them automaticaly in a "mute-Group" ?

    It's not a program, it's a hotkey, for example this thread:

    Well, maybe it could be interesting having a permission "max_speaking_time". Just a suggestion.
