Package Installer

Hey,
I have a problem with the package installer.
I would like upload the old female voice of the TS3 Beta.
The package is builted but the textboxes with the informations are empty.
What I've done wrong?

I'am using Notepad++ and in the settings: UTF8 without BOM

Well, this is my package

and I use notepad++ v4.1.2
and my selection in 'Format' menu for the package.ini file is:
Windows
ANSI
Show as UTF-8 without BOM

Thank you for your help.
I've saved it with the normal editor as UTF8 and now it works.

What's wrong with my Notepad++? (v6.5.4)
