    I love translation software!!

You can either use the 'Mute Speakers/Headphones' button on the client, or you can right-click on your ID in the client & select 'Priority speaker' (if you have sufficient permissions), which will mute everyone else in the channel when you speak.

Hope I've understood your question right.

you're right, unfortunately, I'm not so good at English, we have to use this software translators. but did not grasp the essence. I need the example of the "priority speaker" drown user, in other words to take away his opportunity to broadcast. but without removing it from the channel.
similar function "mute client" just be distributed at the server level and the man stopped all participants in the channel, but was only able to hear.
    I am the admin server

You could use "Needed talk power" in that channel. In this way, the channel will show a "M" icon and only users with enough "talk power" can talk, the rest have to use "Request talk power" when they want to talk. In short, it's a moderated channel.
