Might be the server you're trying to connect to. Check if you can connect from a PC in the same network. If you cannot then something is wrong with either the server or the network configuration.

Can you send me the server details in a private message? We'd like to retest your situation.

I just have used your given details
    Code:
    Label: test
    Address: ts3.*******.us
    Server Password: passwordhere
Please ask someone for the server ip instead. This seems to be a normal DNS problem only.

Are you using wi-fi, I mean, the same network as the PC, or are you using your mobile connection?

Could you try connecting from your mobile device to the TS3 server but using a wi-fi network? Coudl be the same as your PC?

I mean, if your device connects to the server from a wifi but not from your mobile connection, then your mobile connection is limiting the access to the server, not the Android app.
