How to regain my server admin rights part 2.

    Hey,

Unafortunuatly it didn't work. My topic was moved to another one, i tryed it but it did not work. I changed the server admin password because someone in my old topic gave me a link on how to do that, and said that it would solve the problem, but it didnt. Now i have lost the server admin password, so i will need to re-change that again to connect to the server query using putty. If the person who gave me the link last time would be able to do it again i'd be thankful.

Also please do-not lock/move/delete this topic until i posted that it's fixed, because i'm not a genius with pc's. And there will most likely be a part 3 if this gets closed after the first awnser :/

    Sincerly,

EDIT: I found the way to change the server admin password, which i did, and i created a new token using putty, no errors, got the key. But when i enter it in the ts3 server it says its an invalid key..

EDIT2: I found out why it didn't let me use the key, it's fixed now. Last question, how do i backup my profile so this doesn't happen again?

my this will help : http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthrea...743#post315743

Or try these BUT MAKE AN BACKUP FIRST
    ./ts3server_startscript.sh start serveradmin_password=NEW_PASSWORD
Should work with the Windows server too ( I think) start serveradmin_password=NEW_PASSWORD

EDIT: With that Invalid Key I have no Idea. Im Sorry

In TS3 Client go to the Settings / Identitys and there you can EXPORT your Identity.

All other Stuff is happend inside the Server an the Right management.
