Question Windows server 2008, Wan ip needs to be requested?

I downloaded teamspeak 3 server 64 bit on my windows 7 64 bit computer and it runned perfect.
I portforwarded 9987 UDP,10011 TCP and 30033 TCP and people could connect.
So now i moved my files to my vps. Operating System: Windows Server 2008 (64 bit)
I portforwarded 9987 UDP,10011 TCP and 30033 TCP again and run my server but no one can connect.
And if i look right under in my screen i see my server running saying wan ip > Needs to be requested.
Anyone knows how i can fix this problem?

    Thanks in advance,

    -Boris

Then you are not qualified to run servers, I'm afraid.

How it is related to port forwarding at all?

Because Microsoft knows that Windows is likely a very insecure system, every single port must be forwarded by hand in the firewall settings. Nothing is done automatically like Linux usually does.
