It's probably something with the cached data from this particular server.
From the log you posted, it seems that you installed Windows on your Q: drive, which is somewhat unusual. To get rid of the cached data, delete the whole Q:\Users\Pee Yay Cee\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\cache directory and Q:\Users\Pee Yay Cee\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\chats as well.
If this doesn't work, delete or rename the whole Q:\Users\Pee Yay Cee\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client directory, but be aware that this will remove your bookmarks as well as any other customization you made to the TS3 client.

    Try deactivating all the plugins.
    1) Settings --> Plugins --> uncheck them all --> Close
    2) Quit the TS3 client
    3) Enter the TS3 client again (verify all the plugins remain unchecked) and try to connect to the server.
