Function speak on all channel

I need to know if possible to give to a user permission on speak at the same time in all channel of ts server?

This is already possible with the whisper feature (even when it is limited to (idk the value) of members).

Please use this or the server chat to make an announcement to all users at once.

Make sure you enable the advanced permission system from the application section inside the options window. All permissions are there. If you are the main server admin, you should be able to give yourself whisper power of 99999 and send everyone a whisper. At least everyone who has not manually instructed their client to ignore whispers. If there are more than 100 people you need to whisper, consider whispering sections of channels individually. You can break things up by whispering the main channel of a branch of channels to whisper to a lot of people while staying under the 100 maximum per whisper.
