Slow Download Speed Steam link Teamspeak 3 Client

Hello everyone
I have a download speed of 150 Mbit / s and upload 10 Mbit / sec.

The weird thing is that when a game download on Steam but 2 or 3 MB / Sec get.

I'm wired connected, have the firewall turned off, showed no difference.

Tried other steam server, also no difference.

Only I am connected daily with a Teamspeak server, and it's weird when I TALK on teamspeak then my download speed increase really.

And not a little bit of really extreme 3MB/SEC to 7, 10 MB / SEC.

What did talk in teamspeak to deal with a download speed in Steam?

Not a TS3 problem. ISP, Router or LAN card QoS fails. Ask your ISP or the manufacturer. If it doesn't happen with other computers or LAN cards, it's likely not a LAN QoS problem but in the QoS of ISP or Router.
