High Packet Loss, unable to solve issue

    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue to me and has found a solution to it.

My team recently switched back to using team speak and for them it has been fine, however for me I'm getting really high packet loss and whenever i receive voice it comes in as choppy and distorted.

An example of what i receive compared to what they are sending is:

Them: "Hey Brucy, whats up, do you want to play LoL later tonight?"

What i hear: "He.. cy, ... you want to .... LoL.... night?"

When i open the connection info tab and monitor the packet loss it hovers around 1% and then spikes to 30-40% and will stay there for 4-5 minutes, then it will drop again. It does this all day and night and does not occur at specific times, it just stays like this.

Our server is hosted with a proper hosting company and no one else on the server seems to have my issue.

    Things I've tried:
    -Reinstall Teamspeak
    -Update Teamspeak
    -Allow it through my firewall
-Create an exception on my anti virus for it
-Set up Quality of Service so it has the highest priority.

    I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64x(6.1, build 7601)
    DirectX v11
    Teamspeak version 3.0.14

    Type of Internet: ADSL 2+
    Speed: 10Mbps
    Directly connected
    Tracert:

I've searched the internet and I can't find a clear answer on how to fix this issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Brucy

Thanks for providing absolutely no relevant info. Relevant are these:

Type (ADSL, HSDPA, LTE, etc.) of internet.
    Speed of Internet
    Type of LAN
Tracert to the server during the problem
