I know that, i request limitation based on permissions system to fix this problem...

Clients who can't edit the server properties doesn't have to receive this message, it's a matter of logic and common sense.

Well, I find it annoying that you create tons of threads for the same thing. Are your users too stupid to visit a website?

Keep your aggression for you, we are in a forum suggestion and I make suggestions, if this is a problem for you it doesn't concern me.

For this suggestion, it has never been done before. And the problem affects all virtual server properties, not just the banner.

My use is an example of the inconvenience when changing properties whatsoever, the virtual server.

numma isnt aggressive, its his normal writing-style

Notifications are client-side-options. Each client can define in the settings which messages to show and where.
    There is no server option.

As outlined by Alcazar, each client can choose for himself which notifications to see and which not.
As mentioned in different threads and suggestions before, we won't make these enforced server side. These will remain client side.
When sending PMs please make sure to include a reference link to the thread in question in the body of your message.
