    Question Freezing upon Connection

Hello TeamSpeak! First off, I'm sorry if I have posted this in the wrong area. Please move it if I'm in the wrong section :S.

My question is how come I can't connect to one server in particular. I'm not banned, and the server isn't a problem. Everyone else can connect to it, but I can't. I can connect to any other server except for this one. I have even tried their alternate IP's and none of them work.

Here's a screenshot of what happens:

Please help! This is very important to me!

    EDIT:
I could use to connect to the server, but now I can't...

You can either try to use the latest beta version, or before connecting to any server go to settings > options > security > clear cache and check all available options, then confirm deleting.
Afterwards you should be able to connect again.
When sending PMs please make sure to include a reference link to the thread in question in the body of your message.

Unhappy Teamspeak not responding every time I connect or click buttons

I run Windows 7 on the latest version of TS3. I've had this issue for 2 days now and have tried re-installing twice. Eventually it will respond but I am unable to press buttons or it does it again. Does anyone know a fix?

Same issue here. A lot of users in the TS server are complaining, that on random occasions their teamspeak becomes "white" and "not-responding". They claim that a user does that.

This is the logfile from a friend of mine who have problems to connect to the server.
I am able to connect to the server, it's just him and some other friends who can't connect.

I am able to hear them, but their client is freezes. they can't touch anything.

It seems like there's a problem when he's requesting the permissions from the server. I have no idea why it's not delivered correctly to him.

There are tons of people in the server who don't have this problem.

My friend is able to connect to other TS servers. He's not able to connect only to my server.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Best Regards,

    *edit*
He did wait few minutes and the freeze stopped, but then when he moved few channel it did freeze again... here are 2 new log lines:
2014-06-06 21:00:49.974164|INFO | | | Failed to get clients channel ID when setting 3D sound
2014-06-06 21:00:49.977164|INFO | | | Failed to get clients channel ID when setting 3D sound

Hello Chris! Unfortunately the advice you have given me didn't work. I still cannot connect to that one server even though everyone else can and I can connect to other ones.

Why did you move my thread into another person thread?
Who told you we have the same errors in our logfiles?

I truly don't get the reason for merging my thread into a comment here.
Right now I am not getting any attention here.

You don't need to be a prophet to know that your logs will be the same. Having any idea of TeamSpeak is enough to know that.

Maybe your behaviour helps getting more attention?

Welter, try the second option in post#2:
before connecting to any server go to settings > options > security > clear cache and check all available options, then confirm deleting.

Um, the final address-name is "teamspeak3.com" and "light-speed.com" appears in its tracert, so try to contact with them, as it's explained in post#13 in this other thread:
    http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthrea...046#post374046

    Note: "teamspeak3.com" it's not "teamspeak.com"

    The well-known light-speed.com thing most likely wouldn't crash TS3.

Client crashes when i connect to a server

Hello everyone . I have a problem, when i enter a specific Server ( ts3.sc2ts.com:10109 ) Teamspeak crashes , but just with this one. Have you any idea ? I even tried to uninstall and re-install the client but the problem seems to be the same.

Taking Forever to connect to a Teamspeak Server

I am trying to connect to a Teamspeak Server. Just a certain one it takes a good 10-30 minutes to connect too. It's never done this before with this server until recently. And now it's froze while talking and I can hear them but nothing else. Can't click or anything.
